Welcome Statement
Let me start by saying that I am 35 years old and the average age of my friends is also 35 with a standard deviation of about 3 years. It's safe to say that the friends I have who are pregnant did it on purpose . It's safer to say that most of my friends are actually actively trying to get pregnant. Women don't talk about the bad shit enough. People are prone to always sharing good news and a well-manicured version of their very normal lives. I admit I do it too so I don't really hate on it. The problem is that women who do have bad shit going on often feel shame to share. But a lot of us crave the commiseration. So I decided to start this blog to talk about the bad shit. I don't have the worst stories, but I want to stop giving off the impression that everything is all rosy and wonderful. Sometimes it is. But most of the time, it's rough.
